Gluing on the membrane and permeate carrier, and then rolling the material to a tube. In order to meet the specific length of the rolling unit, two sides will be cut after rolling. After then, manually tidy the two sides and assemble some accessories to the unit.:

After washing and processing the membrane, there is a rolling machine to roll the membrane with spacer and carrier upon tubes to produce many sizes domestic or industrial Moulds.
